windows clipboard

Hi Folks: I hate when i am really dumb but what is windows clipboard,where is it,i don't seem to have it or can't find it,and how to use? Thanks for the help. Really dumb and confused. Winxp pro

The clipboard is where the info goes when you "cut" or "copy". It is stored there until you paste it. Or replace it with the next piece of info.
