    Hi

My laptop computer crashed this morning. I know that Windows will have created an error report. I'm not sure how to find it. Can you please assist with that? The version of Windows is: Vista Home Premium.

When I have found it can I post it here and have it "translated" so you can tell me what went wrong and perhaps suggest a fix. How should I post, in the message or attach some sort of file.

    Thanks

Your problem is probably software, rather than hardware.
Here are directions for reading a minidump.

Adrynalyne, the minidump expert has not been on here for a long time so you might be on your own trying to figure out what the minidump is telling you.
You might want to grab the program mentioned in post #2.
