Windows Easy Transfer For Windows 10

I have downloaded "Windows Easy Transfer For Windows 10" from this site and followed the included instructions...
I opened the WET file which contained 2 folders -MIGWIZ-x64 and MIGWIZ-x86, and the instructions.
I opened MIGWIZ-x86 and dropped MIGWIZ into my system32 folder.
I opened the MIGWIZ folder. There were folders and files but no Mig Setup.exe
Will someone please enlighten me as to what I have done wrong?

 

Extracted:
wet\MigWiz-x64\migwiz\MigSetup.exe
it's there.

 

OK MY BAD i took the instruction to literally.
Executed the file with returned error.

The file I downloaded was a wet.zip, I just extracted it and went into the folders as described above.
How did yours get in the Win>System32?? Did it have an installer? It might have been blocked during "install" since you were going into a "restricted" system area?

I Have Admin Privileges
This is what I did:
1. I double clicked my WET file in my Windows 10 "download" folder to open it.
2. Then double clicked the MIGWIZ-x86 folder in the download folder.
3. Then clicked and held the MIGWIZ folder and drug it to my System32 folder and copied it there.
4. Then went into the System32 folder and double clicked the MIGWIZ folder
5. Double Clicked the MigSetup file with the resulting ERROR.
