Windows ENcountered a problem and needs to close

I am continuing to get the WINDOWS HAS ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM AND NEEDS TO CLOSE every single time i surf to a NEW page with NETZero, accelerated. I also get this message if I DONT Use the accelator.

I have WIN XP on my system
I have INternet Explorer 6.0.2900 with the sp2

of course im stuck using dial-up for now also.

I have uninstalled Sygate Personal Firewall, because i thought this was the problem.

The only other running program is AVG which i havent had any problems with.

I also disabled my LAN connection. (MY LAN server will not be working until 09/08/2005). I need my computer connection to work. This is WHY i am even bothering with netzero. It is pretty fast considering its a dialup and is much faster than AOL dialup accelerated.

The problem I am having is the constant Internet Explorer needs to close as it has encountered a problem

 

it sounds like you could have a some spyware on your system.
