Windows Equivilant of GET

    Hey, ive got a win2k3 server running and i want to do the windows equiv of a chron command. Basically ive got a php page that optimizes a db for me. What i want it to do is request this page (and optimize the DB) on a scheduled task. Seems that IE doesnt like this much, so i was wondering is there an equivilant of linux GET command?
