Windows error report

I may be on the wrong forum here, if so apologies

Although I have disabled the windows error reporting, when I log on I get the error report from windows that windows has recovered froma critical error and it takes several attempts to close the eror window down. The fact that this is appearng when it should not be makes me wonder if it is a known virus

Does anyone recognise this please

 

Operating system? Other specs? anything in event viewer under admininstration in control panel?:wave:wave

Re Brandypeppy question, is XP right for the operating system? I have found the event viewer and there is a big long list of stuff in Application and System tabs, but none of it means anything to me

 

It may just be an update you need. Do you have your computer set to do automatic updates? Right click on My Computer, choose properties, click the tab that says automatic updates.

Then go to start, control panel, click on System. What is reported here?
