Windows error

OK, as I posted in my hello thread, I know gaming, but outside of that, I am still a tech noobie. So every time I log into the Administrator account on my computer, I get an error box that is titled "cli.exe". If my hypothesis is correct, that stands for common language interface, but I am not quite sure on what that does. However, the error says that it failed to start properly, and that by clicking OK, it will terminate the application. Any ideas n what to do?

Do you have the ATI Catalyst Control Center installed?

If so, make sure your system is fully updated, especially Microsoft .NET Framework.
