"Windows explore has stopped"

:cry My son desktop has a loop message said: "windows explorer has stopped working, windows explorer is restarting" all the time is in windows vista and don't let me do control panel or nothing.

Can somebody help me!

I am not knowledgeable with Vista but from the description it sounded like a system file corruption (very likely that it's related to bad device drivers since it is Vista). Have you installed any system updates or device drivers prior to this problem surfacing? How long did you have this system? If it is new, I would do a fresh install/system restore to make sure it is not going to happen again cause if it does and you are under warranty, I would contact the vendor for replacement/support, etc.
