Windows Explorer error when i try to shut dowm my XP system

Hello guys, i've been having this problem for quite a while now, at first I didn't pay much attention to it, but now i am.

When i try to shut dowm my XP Professional SP2 system (I go to "start", and "shut down") i get an error message related to explorer.exe:

When i close the window I'm able to shut down, but obviously something's wrong.

Now this doesn't happen all the time, just when certain applications or maybe processes are used.

I've tried to identify them and so far I've noticed that when i use flash cs3, i always get the error, but the problem is not limited to flash.

I haven't been able to identify another application, but i think it happens when i use media formats, video, flash, etc. I'm not 100% sure, but maybe some of you guys could give me some ideas of what's this all about.

It definitely happens when i use different media formats or applications that have to do with video or flash. Could it be a drivers problem maybe?
