Windows Firewall problems

I've seen other people with this problem, but it seems as if it differ from user to user.

Firewall gives me, when I try to start it: Errorcode 0x8007042c.
I've tried to start BFE and other services in the Service menu, but I get Errorcode 5: Access denied when I try that.

I run a Windows 7 operation system. I hope there will be some sort of solution.

When you open the tool, select "Repair Windows Firewall".

I tried it, and it stills give me the same error. I also cleaned out malware, viruses, with the tools listed in the program. It found some, but still, no go.

I am really at a loss.

 

I'd recommend running through the READ & RUN ME FIRST and posting all required logs in the Malware Forum.
If you get the all clear malware wise and problems persist, then come back to the Software forum.
