Windows freeze's on startup

Hello I'm new to this forum.
I have a problem with my computer when ever I turn it on it freeze's. I see on my keyboard(G15) that the CPU usage is 0%,I use rocket dock and at start up I can move the mouse and click on an icon at rocket dock but the moment I do it it also freeze's yet I can still move the mouse but every thing else is frozen.

I did a system restore and it seems to solve it until the next reboot,How can fix it?

We're probably going to need more info: what OS version and Service Pack #, installed and running programs, results of any antimalware scans, etc...

Do the symptoms change if you don't use RocketDock? And, more importantly, do the symptoms change if you boot into Safe Mode?

 

Well I'm using Windows XP SP3
Ummm no malware checked with malwarebytes and ad aware.
Running programs:Rainmeter,rainlendar the G15 LCD screen stuff,malwarebytes NOD32 G5 mouse software and registry mechanic.
and no it does not change if i use rocket dock or not,i can boot in safe mode perfectly fine and do a system restore from there but every time i reboot the problem reappears and i have to do a system restore again.
