Windows Home Basic Welcome Screen

    I'd like to know if I can change the image (blue swirly screen) on my welcome screen. I don't want to elimiate it, I just want to change it to another image.

    That's not what I want to change.

    Maybe I went wrong when I used the word "Image"... I'm looking for a way to replace the Welcome Screen itself. Not the Picture linked to my account.
