Windows IE SP2 popup blocker wont work

    Well as the title says, I have recently reinstalled my windows recently and updated to SP2, but I cant seem to get the popup blocker to start working again, is there any service or anything that has to be running to be able to use it, I have installed Keiro Personall Firewall and using its system security option to control what is running here.

    Just to check it's on, when you are in IE, click Tools and select Turn on Pop Up Blocker.

    I've not seen spyware disable the Pop Up Blocker, but Microsoft mentioned it as a possibility too.

    Yeah I have it on there but doesnt work, hmm maybe it was the spyware, got alot of that stuff just by visiting microsoft site and my isp site before I could update and get hold of an firewall.

    Anyone how the string value in the registry must be, mine for the popup blocker is: PopupMgr---> REG_SZ ---> yes
