Windows Install Problem

    Hey,
    I was installing XP on a computer, and when a new operating system was selected to be installed, it goes to the blue bar at the bottom and loads all the dll and kernel files, but then stops. All the RAM and the graphics card is fine and so is the HD, im thinking it is a motherboard issue since it had to be jumstarted before. Any Ideas?
