Windows Installer + Java

    Hi, im currently uninstalling some old gear to install X3, when i come to remove some software it says "windows installer cannot be accessed" then about contacting administrator. Where can i download windows installer, ive tried looking on microsoft but cant find it.

    Another problem at the mo, when i click on emails in msn messenger it does not load in either firefox or explorer, it says there is a problem with my java, where can i get that from, cheers, Myles
