Windows installer... need help

I have Pro Evolution 09 and I am trying to install the patch for it. Whenever I click the patch, soon a message appears saying

I haven't tried anything yet.... any help will be appreciated

Pro Evolution 09 Patches are:

v1.10 Oct 2008
v1.20 Nov 2008
v1.30 Feb 2009
v1.40 Apr 2009

Look at your version and then download/install the patches after "your" version in order, if you downloaded the demo, it will not update.

ie. if you have v1.20 you need to install 1.30 before you can install 1.40

Other than that, if you bought the game, uninstall and reinstall the game, then the patches.
