Windows Installer Pop Up

I am having a problem with the Windows Installer Pop Up saying preparing to install but it doesn't tell me what it is trying to install. I am not exactly sure how long this problem has been going on I think since June or July.
I have tried system restore but it only goes back to August so that is of no help.
I have tried the Windows Installer Clean Up but that really isn't of any use to me if I don't know exactly what program is causing the Installer Pop Up.
I just recently went to my firefox and opened my bank's webpage and it gave me the pop up and when I looked at my application log I see that it is the same product and component numbers/letters each time I have the msinstaller pop up problerm. That information is Detection of product '{18B72572-C7FD-4586-8258-B59E2A06760A}', feature 'Configuration' failed during request for component '{3207D1B1-80E5-11D2-B95D-006097C4DE24}'
How do I locate that product and component on my system without a name and then how do I go about fixing this so I no longer get the installer pop up screen?

If you are comfortable opening the registry try searching for the two strings of numbers. This may give you an idea of the program and then you could use the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility.

 

I did the Read Me First and it found things on the computer that my boys installed without my knowledge (my search bar, smiley central, etc..) once those were removed problem sovled!!!!
