    I have been attempting to remove Norton Anitvirus from my computer and whenever i go into add/remove programs and click uninstall i get the error message "another Installation is in progress. finish that one before preceding" or something along those lines... I tired rebooting.... Please help

    If you haven't already tried the Norton Removal Utility, Then maybe that might work for you. You can get it here: http://service1.symantec.com/Support/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2005033108162039

    If that doesn't work, press control-alt-delete and see if msiexec.exe is running in the task manager. If it is, shut it down and then try to uninstall the program again.
