Windows Installer?

Ok, i dont know whats goin on, but i did some registry tweaking (and no i didnt backup,..i prefer to live life on the edge...) and now when i right click on JUST shortcuts that are on my desktop, a window with 'windows installer' in the title bar pops up for about a millionth of a second...no text..just a standard size dialog box with that in the title bar. i had to right click a zillion times to get the 'flipbook' effect so i could actually see the title and read it...anyone know how i can get this to stop? its not doing anything or messing anything up, its just annoying! Thanks.

 

Im not sure but i think you deleted windows installer from the registry, thats why it keeps popping up like that, but im not sure. Im not very smart so...
