   I was trying to install a software program "Easy CD Creator, v. 5), the Windows Installer starts, then I geet the message:
   
   "Error applying transforms. Verify that the specified transform paths are valid"
   
   The Microsoft website is useless..
   
   This program was once on the computer before.
