Windows Live Essentials Suite

    Does anyone have the Windows Live Essentials suite that is compatible for Win XP which contains Windows Live Photo Viewer which was included in that version.Would like to use a better alernative to win xp's picture viewer. I use Win XP Pro sp2.

    Is this 64-bit XP? If it's 32-bit, you need SP3.

    HI

    Yes I have a copy of WL Essentials 2009 (v14.0.8117.0416) full installer 134mb but as mentioned if not working its likely it needs SP3 for XP. Its off my personal PC and one I used while testing Win Live Essentials back when I used it, I'm malware free but check the file if you wish.

    Thanks butI have WLM Essentials 2009 but it doesn't have the Windows Live Photo Viewer. My win xp sp2 pro is 32-bit.Not 64-bit.

    The WLM Essentials has to be an older version with Windows Live Photo Viewer in it. Thanks.

    As your XP system is a 32bit should you not have Service Pack 3 installed? All the official Microsoft Advisories say it should. It is only 64 bit systems for which SP3 was not issued.

    Nice to know you have 32bit and not 64bit

    Sadly I only have apart from the older 2009 WLE 2012 and its not for XP, good luck in finding 2010 or 2011 waves of WLE as they are not readily available unless someone has saved them locally on PC.

    I need to get a replacement Win XP Pro SP2 install cd before I will update to SP3. :(

    Good luck with finding anything that is XP SP2 Pro and 32 bit.
    I've looked all over the place. I can either find 64 bit Pro or 32 bit Home Premium. I've been unable to find anything that is 32 bit Pro lower than SP3.
