windows live ID internet connection error

    I can't access smart ftp as I get this popup error message. I did a search which told me to uninstall all windows live stuff, so i did and rebooted, but no change with the error.

    I have been using smart ftp for over a year now with no problems until now.

    am using norton 360 and I've allowed smart ftp on there with no change in results.

    how do i fix this issue?
