Windows Live keeps disconnecting

My windowws live messenger keeps disconnecting every once and a while. Seems to be quite random on when it disconnects. MY internet is fine while it does that so its not my internet. I just recently tweaked my computer and disabled some services, what services does windows live use to function properly?

 

mine does it too, quite often it seems. I'm not sure if its just a fault on windows' part or what.

Just thought I'd throw it out there that I'm experiencing the same thing

 

as far as i know its a network thing - like, i reckon they keep pinging your computer every now and then - if ur active it doesn't disconnect ya, but if ur idlin it just pops u off to fit someone else on, either that or randomly they reset there servers so u lose connection momentarily - i think most people experience it, but the 'auto reconnect' function doesn't mean its too bothersome - you are back on before you know it =D
