Windows Live Mail - Folder configuration

    I see lots of activity around getting WLM or a replacement to send & receive properly; but, what about accepting the penalty of using WLM on a new Win7 PC and migrating your brain from Outlook Express to WLM ?

    Why do the absurd folders have to be triplicated, or worse, why can't I combine all my mail accounts into one Inbox, why do my Local Storage Folders have to be separated away from the mail accounts, ... and more?

    Is there any personal configuration possible in Windows Live Mail?
