Windows Live Messenger

Can someone please help. This is my first post...My mother keeps getting kicked in and out of Live Messenger...It's in and out, in and out, constantly. I have posted her hijack this log. Can someone look at it. She also said something about getting double emails. Could this be related????

You need to follow these instructions EXACTLY and post the attachments in your thread in the Malware Forum. Then, and only then, will an Authorized Malware Fighter be able to assist you.
