Windows Live One Care issue

Hey guys, Im new to this circle as far as posts go, though i use your input from this forum to fix a wide range of issues on my pcs on a regular basis. I recently switched from norton internet security to windows live one care. Im pleased with the protection and the fact that the program uses less system resources, however i now get popups from security websites and im not sure why this is o how to stop it. I use spybot search and destroy as well as lavasoft adware se. Niether find anything related to this issue. Im running xp pro, i have a gig of ram and an amd athlon 2800 clocked to a 3200. Just want to get rid of these damn popups. Thanks for your help.
