Whats your OS version? if its as in your signature in being Windows 2000, then no as its not going to work as its XP SP2 or Vista only.

Is it worth getting, well debatable I guess as I have it on two laptops and it works fine, I have no malware, but then I do use the main security application that helps curb infections as in user safe surfing, using recognised sites for downloading like Majorgeeks as all applications hosted are tested beforehand.

A plus point in it is that the licence is for upto 3 PCs, the new version allows you to check the other PCs that have it installed for their update status, includes tuneup and backup.

Negatives are not the best Antivirus around for detection as yet.... its in its early life so has a long ways to go.


My main PC I tend to use some of the listed applications that are free from this guide How to Protect yourself from malware! you may find some Windows 2000 compatible.

If using XP or Vista, then guide is still applicable.
