    Hi

I have this on two of my laptops and dont find it a resource hog at all, in its early days it wasnt very good in detection rates, but lately its getting much better and did while I loaned one of them to the parents did block and stop the rougeware AntivirusXP2009 from installing which was a good sign for this app.

Is this a trial version of full retail? just mentioning this as if a trial then at the end I would advise not to buy it as from later this year its going to be discontinued for a replacement free version which is codenamed Morro, if it is retail you will still get support for the life of your subscription period.

At end of trial you could choose from the advice here in How to Protect yourself from malware! on some of the good freebie soultions for Antivirus, Firewall and Antispyware.

I'll round off with in the two years I have run OneCare I have not been infected with any malware at all, but then 90% of keeping malware free is due to keeping your software upto date and safe surfing and downloading.
