Windows Livemail Issue On Windows 7 Laptop

Hello. My service provider at&t had locked my email acct and upon unlocking it, my LiveMail would not send or receive. Provider couldn't figure out the issue so had me delete acct and reinstall. They said it would not effect my existing emails but it did. I cannot open, delete, move, etc any of the emails that were on the computer at the time the old acct was replaced with the new one with same settings. If I search for something I know is contained in those locked emails, the system will show them on the list so the system can read the contents, I just can't open them. I constantly email myself anything I need or want to remember as it is the easiest way to find the info when needed so I really need to regain access to these emails. Anyone have any ideas on how to make that happen?

Thought for sure someone would have an easy fix for this but apparently not I'm still hopeful so if you see this and know how I can access the info within the locked emails please let me know.
