windows login terminated enexpectadly

With a status of 0xc0000139. I recently built a new system and there was only one game and of coarse the suggested anti virus and malware programs. It ran just fine for 2 weeks then I went to turn it on and got the above message. I tried everything I could think of and then I tore my system down and rebuilt it. So far so good But I was wondering where I can find out what the problem could have been. Is there a way to tell what happened by the status info? I am running XP home service pack 3.
