Windows Mail problem

I've had an ongoing problem with Windows Mail. I have Vista Home Premium on a fairly new Dell computer.

With one of the friends who e-mails me, her e-mails go into my junk folder. When I open them there's a pink area on top that says Windows thinks this is a suspicious e-mail and I can unblock it if I think it's safe. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Her e-mails were coming through as they should to begin with but they no longer are. The funny thing is, when she sends me a forward (joke, ect.) most often, not always, those will go to my inbox, but if she just sends me a personal e-mail they always go to the junk folder.

HI

Try right clicking one of her emails in the inbox or move it from the junk to inbox to make it not junk, then right click and choose Junk E- Mail > add sender to safe senders list, or click Tools > Junk E-Mail Options and then the Safe Senders tab and manually add their email address and see how you get on.
