Old computer using Windows ME OS. When it's up and running the gray dial-up window is always popping up for no reason. It even does this when you are on-line. The computer uses Juno dial-up and can only log onto it through the Juno program, so the Windows window (as it were) can't be used. But it just won't stay down. I've tried going to the control panel/internet options and deleting the dial-up thing for Juno, but it keeps reappearing and the window keeps popping up. It doesn't really hurt anything, you just close it, but it's extremely irritating. The owner can't afford to get XP or Vista, nor would the computer support them. Any help appreciated.

In Internet Options is the option for Never Dial A Connection available? If so mark it.
