windows ME with loads of problems

Hey all,
I am back again but on a friends machine, viruses, running slow, 222 problems on the SE adaware I have been through the do before you post and it is still slow and she can't get to pogo.com and play her games windows ME machine 4.90 with DSL 127 MB Ram 32 bit

hi, try using more than one malware removal program. Adaware alone can miss things that others might catch. others such as Spybot S&D and MS Antispyware. also do chkdsk to fix any bas sectors and such.

I have been through the whole list Ad aware spybot avent stinger spyware blaster ccleaner cleanup online bitdefender ravantivirus like I said I did the read me first list from start to finish, steph

You'll quicker and better help over there. PP been pretty active there the last few days.

 

Unfortunately, Micro$$oft Antispyware doesn't run on ME.

It only runs on XP, Windows 2000 and Server 2003.

Before Micro$$oft bought it, it was called Giant, and it ran on all platforms and did a fine job.

Micro$$oft then "hobbled" it and removed support for other operating systems.
