Windows Media Player 10 Error

Hello, I am encountering a problem with my Window Media Player 10. I have an online radio file, which connects to an URL and plays the radio online. I was able to play this file before with my old computer. I just got a new computer and I am able to play this file with Windows Media Classic. However when I use Windows Media Player 10, I encounter the following problem.

File Name: pccs.gateway
File Type: Windows Media Audio/Video playlist
File Size: 1 KB

Ready
Connecting To Media....
Windows Media Player cannot perform the requested action at this time.

Oh, no one knows. How can I reinstall Windows Media Play 10?
It's not in Control Panel > Add & Remove Programs.

 

You could download it off the Microsoft website, and hope that does the trick.

You can try that, or download divx. Sometimes it fixes Windows Media Player.
