windows media player 12 ( windows 7)

    :mad I am really stressed about the new WMP 12 I cant find the RIP icon, in WMP12 options I have clicked Rip CD automatically, the CD sitll wont rip auto matically and still I cant see the rip option. Please help me before I go crazy
