Windows Media Player Alternative

    Guys, is there a free option to use instead of Windows Media Player? It gives me a lot of problems, 'stuttering' music and freeze-ups. And, how do I set it up as the default player?

    I just downloaded the new media player 10 and thought it to be fairly good except for the ease of configuration try downloading the ace mega codec pack it comes with a good player and also the kaza codec pack both free just go to google and type free codecs to find the website.
