Recently during a major spyware cleanup of my computer my windows media players stopped running my mpegs that it never used to have a problem with. Either the screen will come up too fuzzy to make out anything at all or it will claim that there was an error with the codecs. The really confusing part is that some mpegs still work. Windows Media Player classifies the error as Unknown Error (Error ID = 0xC00D11CD, Condition ID = 0x00000000). I've tried reinstalling the program but no luck. Any ideas besides finding a new media player?
