I am hoping I am putting this in the right spot.

I have one user using a Compaq Evo N800c notebook running WIndows Xp with all the latest updates. She uses this for presentations, so she uses an HP sb31 projector to show these presentations. The problem is, she tries to show a movie in Windows Media Player, but the movie doesn't show up. The Media Player is there, but nothing where the movie should be. It plays just fine on the laptop. I tried a different projector, and got the same result. I'm guessing it's a missing plug-in or setting within the Media Player itself.

If anyone has a clue as to the issue, thank you for your help.
