WINDows media player v9

    hey guys, ok i have windows media player v9... and up until today when i would choose full screen it would hide the tool bar after a few seconds.... i don't understand why it stopped!? i have that tack at the top on the right thing... i don't get it guys!! please helppppp!!! thanks
