windows media player

i have a very annoying problem,i have been to 3 different forums with no success.i am in the u.k and go to a t.v site "itv.com" to preview some up and coming programs.when i click on the picture of the video i want to preview i get this message "your computer and/or media player cannot play our videos" so i follow the prompt and find a red x at this message "windows media player you need version 9 or above" ok fair enough but i have version 11 on my p.c and no other.then a red x at this "drm not installed check it is enabled".so i follow the prompt to find it is installed and enabled.i canwatch videos on the bbc,channel 4 and channel 5 here in the u.k but not itv.com.
