hey guys again...I have another question. Is there anyway to bypass the windows copyright protection? I mean when i put my songs onto the windows media player, i clicked on it to be copyrighted and i didn't think ahead. (stupid me) haha well anyway, is there anyway i can get these songs to be backed up on to a cd to mp3 format? Even though it is microsoft copyrighted? I've tried to change the format using audio grabber and stuff like that but it just pops up saying It can't because it's copyrighted.... if someone could help once again that would be cool thanks

The following "technique" has worked for me in the past:

Use the "Nero Wave Editor" that comes with "NERO 5," and you can open a WMA file for editing. Rather than edit it, just go to File, Save As.... and save as a WAV.

The hard part might be getting your hands on Nero 5. I'm not sure how old it is and whether or not all copies came with the Nero Wave Editor.

my nero wave editor says it is version 1.0 copyright 2001.
my nero 5 says it is version 5.5.6.9 OEM

If that doesn't help you, then maybe you could try your luck with other sound editing or sound mixing programs.

    Best of luck to you!
