Windows Messenger

I've gone to Services in Administrative Tools and disabled WM and all that, but it still opens at random times and logs me out at random times. It also seems to restart itself because, even after I end it's process, it still ends up logging me out again sometime down the road. Any idea how to fix this?


Alternatively, my high speed internet keeps randomly booting me off, and as of today it'sgetting more and more frequent. Like, every 3 minutes or so (this is the 2nd time I'm typing this). I called my ISP helpline, they said they tested my line and it was OK. They also guided me through a power cycle of my modem, which didn't help anything. They told me to get Spybot S&D and run it to help with AdAware, which I already told her I had. I ran the two, everything was cleared, nothing done. I've scanned for viruses with Up-To-Date Norton a few times since it's started, and it hasn't helped either. Any other programs or processes I can do to get rid of/stop what is doing this?
