Windows Moving Like A Snail After A Warm Summer Rain.... Help!

    Everything is moving so slow. Even Google is moving slow.
    I did the "before you post" from the malware section. The logs are attached. Someone, please help.

    Not finding malware, but can you tell me what this is: C:\Users\pawil\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Extensions\mdanidgdpmkimeiiojknlnekblgmpdll\ (SpeedSurfing)

    I would also suggest you open task manager and look at what is running when your system is slow.
