Windows no disk

    Every so often i get a error message saying "there is no disk in the drive.Please insert a disk into drive. cancel try Again Continue" it comes up when i open xfire MSN any game or my webrowser i have done many scans and got nothing and ideas...It even happens when there are disk into and the message comes up 20-30 times in a row
