windows not loading after service pack 2

Hi, i have downloaded and installed windows service pack two. Now my computer wont load except in safe mode it gets to the windows load screen then restarts...over and over. I had a system restore point to go to but it wont let me restore now that service pack two is installed i guess i did not load some extra file to change my restore before i loaded the service pack. Does anyone know how to fix this problem or how to remove the service pack. i tried to use a system recovery from a windows boot disc but it cant seem to recognize the service pack 2 file when i type cd $ntservicepack uninstall$\spuninst ... any help please

 

I'd recommend pressing F8 and selecting "Disable automatic restart on system failure". This will stop the PC from restarting when it crashes and should show you the blue screen error. It's crashing to a blue screen (BSOD) but it's flashing by too quickly to see what it is.... then write down the error code (it will look like STOP:0x0000007E or something similar) and should list a file name and an error message too.

 

yea i get the message error...

and it says stop 0X0000007E (0XC0000005,0X00000000,0XBACC70C0,0xBACC6DBC)

so whats next... what does this mean..?
