Windows not loading

Okay so I am having similar problems with my HP Laptop...I have been stuck in the system repair for about 4 days now. I can't get Windows to load AT ALL. even trying safe mode takes me right back into the Startup Repair menues.

SO while at the menu, I selected the "Open a COmmand Prompt Window" option and tried the above comand....it returned saying that the auto tuning level was normal, so I then tried the next caommand and it returned "Ok."

Um...so now what? I restarted my computer and it is still doing the exact same thing.
