Windows not opening fully

    Whenever I try and open a secondary window (example: I'm in ebay and"click" on an item) the new window is not the complete window and I can't scroll down to see the bottom half. I can't expand it by clicking on the edge/corner. Help! I'm have windows XP home.

    What browser are you using? Have you tried using FireFox or something other than your main browser? If so do you have the same problem?
