Is there anyway to install windows XP home edition onto Windows NT? I have tried it and it said I need a later version of Windows NT. I Was wondering could I do a clean install or something else? Thanks in Advance!

Yeah you can laways do a clean install. Just boot off the windows XP disc, and then simply format your drive well in their.

Don't start the install from within windows.

Even If I Have An older version of NT? Also Do i just put the cd inside it and then restart? I only have a cd-rom if that would help you. Thanks

Insert your XP CD and restart your PC. You may need to make sure it is set to boot to the cd-rom in the BIOS or you can use the temporary boot device option at stratup. After that follow the on screen instructions.

Sorry. In answer to the first part of your question. It doesn't matter what version of NT you are currently running. The XP cd will let you repartition and format the current drive during setup.
