Windows OneCare.... worth it?

    I was just reading about Windows OneCare here: http://onecare.live.com/standard/en-us/prodinfo/protectiondetails.htm Is this software worth a :crap? I haven't really heard anything good or bad about it... I haven't heard anything at all out on the grapevine. Has anyone here actually used it? Does it do what it says without eating resources and without interfering with normal day-to-day PC use? Any input is welcome.
