windows password

    I have a problem that is costing me to much time therefor I need help. I'm a teacher at a school and a student have changed the admin account and the password, the question. How do I change it back? In another word how can I find out the password? I know it is stored in a .dll file but which one and how can I read it? (it does'nt work in notepad). Need help fast.
